Yes, please use our font preview tool located on each product page to view how your name will look in all available fonts.

Should you wish to be provided with an artwork proof before your order is made, please leave a note at the checkout. This will increase the production time of your order 3-5 working days.

•Clean using a clean micro-fiber cloth only to remove fingerprints or dust. 

•Do not use Windex or other glass cleaners, as these contain harmful chemicals that will ruin the surface of your product 

•Avoid excess moisture, including the use of humidifiers and vapourisers,

•Please be very carful installing and handling your item as acrylic can be very fragile. 

•Our products are not toys, please keep them out of reach of little hands. 

Each sign varies, but on average our signs weigh somewhere between 2-4 pounds.

We use the highest quality 1/8″ acrylic, 1/8″ baltic birch wood, and bonding agents on our signs.

We recommend that you hang your name plaque or sign using Command 3m Picture hanging strips.

Please ensure you follow the below instructions and use the correct strips for the weight of your product.

Directions on how to use command strips and which to purchase

Yes! As long as it is not over 25 letters. We can do dates, or a quote. Just type it into the text box how you would like it written. (i.e. Last name in the first text box and date in the second text box.

No problem! Just enter both middle names in the ‘middle name’ text box when checking out. Make sure you type it exactly how you would like it on the sign. (i.e. dash or space between the two names)

Allthough the materials are weatherproof we suggest they are not hung outside since they can be bleached by the sun or become discolored. But in the end, it is your sign, do what you want with it! Just remember, we warned you.

If you send me a picture of your room I am happy to help and give my opinion on stain and color choices. This would need to be done prior to ordering, all details are final upon ordering. You can check out our Instagram to for more inspiration as well!

We often take on custom work, or business signage. Please get in touch should you have a special request.

Shipping/Returns/Issues

Because everything is custom and made to order we do not accept returns. If you place an order, and for some reason need to cancel you have 24 hrs to contact us to do so. If your product shows up damaged or not as you expected please contact us so we can assist in rectifying the issue.

We ship only within the US. The reason we don’t ship internationally is due to the cost along with customs. We wish we could get our products to anyone and everyone we can. Our 24″ weighs about 3 pounds each and the boxes are very large. To ship outside the US is $60 and up. On top of that, there is no control over any additional fees such as customs. If you are willing to pay the extra costs please contact us and we can possibly work something out.

Please inspect your item before discarding any packaging and take multiple pictures of it all. We pack our products well, but sometimes couriers aren’t gentle. If your order has has arrived damaged during shipping, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your item letting us know and make sure to include the photos of the item and damaged packaging. WE CANNOT PROCESS THE CLAIM WITHOUT PHOTO EVIDENCE!!! This is very important to insure that everything is rectified properly.

Sometimes we may request that you take it up with the courier because they have rules about who contacts them but we will do our best to resolve the issue and get a new item sent out as soon as possible to you.

You will receive an email including tracking number when your order is on it’s way.

Our turnaround time is currently 3-4 weeks from the order date. We also offer rush, 1-2 week turnaround, which is an additional $20.

After purchasing no changes can be made. With everything we make being custom we need all the information upfront in order to stay organized and proficient. That being said, if you realize you made a mistake please contact us so that we may fix it before we cut, if you don’t contact us in time you are fully liable for your mistake and will have to repurchase.

Payments are accepted via major credit cards or paypal.

We do!  We offer electronic gift cards only. These e-gift cards are perfect for a last-minute gift or if you are not sure which item or color to send to a loved one or friend. During the ordering process, you will be asked to enter one email address. Please enter your email address. The e-gift card along with an order confirmation email will be sent to you. You can then forward the gift card email to the recipient.  The recipient will receive a unique gift card code that they can use at checkout.  They will enter the code into the appropriate field at checkout to redeem its value.
