IMPORTANT INFORMATION (PLEASE READ)

Should you select 'Special Characters' there will usually be one or two decorative letters in your name. Please note some characters do not have special features and discretion will be used when designing your name. If there are no suitable special characters none will be used.

Should you wish to see a design proof, please leave a note at the checkout.

Longer names will naturally result in a smaller font, and shorter names may not reach their full length before they reach their maximum height. Please email us if you wish to receive the exact dimensions for your name.

If you are ordering more than one name, and require the names to be proportionate, please leave a note at the checkout.

Although we do our very best to get your order to you safely, our names are incredibly fragile. Please check your order within 24 hours of receiving and report any damage caused during postage to artsnhandmade@gmail.com and include photographs.

We recommend using Command 3M strips to secure to your wall or door.

SIZING INFORMATION

Small – Maximum 11 inches wide x 8 inches high

Medium – Maximum 15 inches wide x 10 inches high

Large – Maximum 19 inches wide x 12 inches high

xLarge – Maximum 23 inches wide X 13 inches high

**IMPORTANT: Height and width will vary based on length of name and font chosen, each size is based on whichever dimension is met first – height or width

Should you wish to see a design proof, please leave a note at the checkout that you would like us to send a proof to you, otherwise, we will move straight into production with the options you have chosen.
