We ship to the continental US. All orders are sent vis USPS priority or UPS and typically arrive within 3-5 business days of their ship date.  Tracking information will be sent with your order at the time of shipment.”

Proofs – emailed within 3-5 business days

UNPAINTED signs – shipped within 5 business days of purchase date. Proofs add an additional 3-5 business days to the processing time

PAINTED signs – shipped within 2 weeks of purchase date.  Proofs add an additional 5 business days to the processing time

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

If there is a printing error on your order or a problem with your product, please let us know so we can rectify the situation as soon as possible!

Personalized handmade items are not eligible for return unless there is an error made on our part or the product arrives damaged.

We are not liable if you enter names incorrectly when you order the product. Please double check spelling on everything before you purchase.
